• Account data such as name, email address, user ID and sign-in method.
• Name, mother's name, birth date, place and time, and details you choose to provide for a reading.
• Images, messages and reading requests you choose to submit.
• Reading request and message status that you choose to submit.
• Limited technical and usage data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and security logs.

We use data to create and manage accounts, provide requested readings or services, display requests and messages to the user, answer inquiries, improve performance, prevent fraud and protect NORANA.

NORANA does not sell personal data or use birth details, reading images or conversation text for targeted advertising.

When you use Ask Norana, your question and recent chat turns are sent to the AI provider to generate an answer. Avoid sharing sensitive information.

If you report an answer, NORANA stores the selected answer, report reason and any optional details for authorised staff to review and improve content. The report does not include your full conversation or raw IP address. A hashed connection identifier limits report abuse.

Account and request data may be processed by necessary infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication and storage and Google for sign-in and analytics. If you choose WhatsApp contact, the information you approve is transferred to WhatsApp and is also governed by its policies.

Some previews and readings run locally on the user's device. Images are not uploaded automatically without a clear user action.

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and security requirements, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required. We use access controls, encrypted connections and least-privilege practices, while recognizing that no electronic method is completely secure.

You can clear local data through your browser settings and request access, correction, account deletion or deletion of your data by emailing nouranaastro@gmail.com.
