حذف الحساب والبيانات

1. Select “Send deletion request” below.
2. Send the request from the email linked to your NORANA account, or clearly include that account email in your message.
3. We may contact you from nouranaastro@gmail.com to verify account ownership and protect your data.
4. After verification, the account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

We delete the account profile, profile data, reading requests, messages, subscription records and images you previously chose to upload when they are linked to the account and can be identified.

You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting the entire account by describing the data in your message.

We may retain only limited records when required by law, or to prevent fraud, protect rights and resolve transactions or disputes. Such records are separated from ordinary use and deleted or anonymised when the required retention period ends.

Data stored locally on your device can be cleared through your browser or app settings.
